Starting a small business from nothing brought both hard times and good times but our focus on family and community has helped us grow into the business we are today.

Our friendly staff  is  proud to provide you with our freshly baked bagels, pastry or sweet treats,  Breakfast sandwiches and deli sandwihes are available all day long.  We offer breakfast and lunch trays for the home or office. Stop in for some Ellis coffee. We have  hot, iced or cold brew.    

 

 

 

  

 

A thought in 1995 became a reality in April 1996.  Great food and aromas were always present in our household. My mother was a fantastic cook and baker who always amazed and inspired me.   

 

I love my local community, and wanted to make a living and raise my children within it. In order to do that I just needed to find my passion, and it was food! I fell in love with the process of creating. From creating recipes to making our dough from scratch, The Bagel and Bread House allowed me to use my passion to give back to the community that I love.
